ABOUT US

Robert Arida brings to 1st Maintenance 30+ years experience in the construction industry. He grew up in a family of builders and learned much about construction from his father and grandfather. He furthered his education with a degree in Business and Construction Engineering.

Robert dug his first Foundation at the age of 14 and built his first home at the age of 22. He continued to do residential and commercial construction with his father's roofing and construction business.

In 1990, Robert started his own business Arida Construction. He continued building residential homes and commercial buildings. After Hurricane Charley in 2004, he was involved in rebuilding several hotels in the Daytona Beach area. In 2005, he worked alongside the US Army Corps of Engineers rebuilding break walls in New Orleans after the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina. Although busy with Arida Construction, he even found time to own and operate a pizzeria.

Robert is now happy to serve the Horry County area of South Carolina with his business 1st Maintenance. He brings to this area a construction company dedicated to providing professional and quality construction. Choose 1st Maintenance to get your job done right.
